This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Bank based in United States.
This role is a high-impact engineering leadership position focused on building the next generation of regulated financial infrastructure powering a modern lending and banking platform. You will lead engineering teams responsible for critical banking systems that underpin payments, funding, ledgering, reporting, and integrations within a highly regulated environment. The work sits at the intersection of product, compliance, and technology, requiring close collaboration with legal, risk, finance, and operations stakeholders. You will translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable, secure, and audit-ready technical systems. This is a rare opportunity to help design and evolve foundational banking infrastructure from an early stage rather than maintain legacy systems. The environment is fast-moving, mission-driven, and deeply focused on improving access to credit through technology.
