Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for QAD ERP financial implementations, focusing on General Ledger, AP/AR, Cost Accounting, Financial Consolidation, Fixed Assets, and multi-entity/multi-currency environments. Act as the primary financial subject matter expert, translating client requirements into scalable ERP solutions aligned with business and product capabilities. Support pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, solution design, executive presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop proposals, statements of work, and tailored value propositions that address complex enterprise needs. Conduct in-depth assessments of existing financial systems and processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements using QAD and complementary solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to delivery teams post-sale to support successful implementation and adoption. Contribute to reusable assets, including demos, templates, and best practices, to enhance overall team effectiveness. Represent the organization at industry events and continuously stay current with ERP and financial technology trends.
- 10+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture, pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, with strong emphasis on financial systems. Deep expertise in ERP financial modules such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and multi-entity accounting. Proven experience designing and presenting complex enterprise solutions to executive stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership teams. Strong understanding of manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements in fast-paced, client-facing environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative and advisory approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Familiarity with QAD Adaptive ERP and related ecosystem tools is a plus. Background in finance, accounting, business, or information systems, with relevant certifications (CPA, CMA) considered an advantage.
