PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
RESPONSABLE DE SUPERVISAR, LIDERAR Y ORGANIZAR A UN EQUIPO DE VENDEDORES/REPARTIDORE/FRPARA EL LOGRO DE OBJETIVOS ASEGURANDO LA SEGURIDAD EN TODO MOMENTO, MIENTRAS TRABAJA EN LA EJECUCION DE UNA ESTRATEGIA COMERCIAL, EL CUIDADO EL SEGUIMIENTO A INDICADORES DE NEGOCIO, TENIENDO UN ENFOQUE EN EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE.
¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?
Escolaridad
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Experiencia
- Amplia experiencia en ventas.
- Lectura, comprensión y seguimiento de KPIs de negocio.
Requisitos indispensables
- Licencia de chofer vigente.
- Disponibilidad para movilidad dentro de la zona de cobertura.

- Trabajo en equipo.
- Comunicación efectiva.

- Manejo y desarrollo de equipos de alto desempeño.
