Accountabilities:
- Lead and facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings focused on governance, control reporting, and action tracking across FM and CF teams
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with operational and risk standards
- Monitor and assess control environments to ensure effective design, implementation, and ongoing compliance
- Coordinate the execution of key processes such as structural due diligence, seismic risk assessments, and building operational review programs
- Support governance reporting and analytics using operational data sources and system reports (e.g., REALM, TechFace)
- Act as a key liaison between regional teams, risk functions, and subject matter experts to resolve governance and process-related inquiries
- Assist with audit, risk, and control assessment activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete deliverables
- Support administrative oversight of governance tools, workflows, and issue management systems, acting as a subject matter resource when needed
- 3+ years of experience in operations, governance, risk, or technology-related roles, ideally within a large or cross-functional organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in engineering or real estate management is an asset
- Strong understanding of operational governance, control frameworks, or risk management principles
- Experience working with large datasets, reports, and operational systems with strong analytical capability
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and reporting-related applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- High attention to detail, strong follow-up discipline, and a structured, process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a matrixed environment
- Prior experience in banking operations or risk environments is considered an advantage
