We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to support a UK-based employer in their sales department, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. This opportunity is ideal for a South African professional with a strong background in sales, looking to leverage their skills and experience to make a meaningful impact. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet the employer's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify new business opportunities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales performance

• Analyse sales data and provide insights to inform future sales strategies

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant years' experience in sales

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence using tools such as CRM software

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach

• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
