Do you want to be part of a supportive and innovative team and take on a technical role where you can make a difference? Are you an enthusiastic team player with initiative? Then you've come to the right place.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by leading testing efforts, design robust test strategies, and mentor less senior QA team members. This is a hands-on technical role, you'll need to be equally comfortable testing on mobile, web, and desktop, and you'll own both the design of our test automation framework and the GitLab pipelines that run it.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- A well-rounded technical profile: hands-on testing experience across mobile, web and desktop applications, not just one or two of the three.
- Hands-on experience designing test automation frameworks and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI experience a strong plus).
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, Python or JavaScript, and practical experience with frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Appium or Maestro.
- A track record of raising quality practices in a team through mentoring, tooling, or process, paired with a calm, assertive style and good judgment on when to push back and when to listen.
Responsibilities
- Assess risk across the product, prioritize test effort accordingly, and plan and execute manual and automated testing across mobile, desktop and web — combining risk-based focus with structured exploratory sessions.
- Review requirements and designs with development, product and UX for testability before development starts.
- Design and evolve the test automation framework: make the architectural calls on structure, patterns, and coverage as the product grows.
- Own the test stages of our GitLab CI/CD pipelines: build and maintain them, keep automated suites fast and reliable, and triage flaky tests.
- Own release readiness (go/no-go) and the defect lifecycle from triage to verified fix, contributing to merge request reviews and turning quality metrics into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders.
- Help define and evolve the test strategy, automation roadmap and quality standards, driving their adoption across engineering.
- Mentor less senior QA members and collaborate with the wider QA team on methodologies and tools, championing continuous improvement across the practice.
