Accountabilities:
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns for e-commerce businesses across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage budgets, testing strategies, and scaling initiatives to improve campaign performance and profitability.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, average order value, revenue, and conversion rates to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of tracking solutions, including pixels, events, and measurement configurations.
- Build reports, dashboards, and strategic analyses to provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings, maintaining a consultative relationship and supporting decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to develop initiatives that improve customer acquisition and overall business performance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with paid media campaigns, including at least 6 months of experience with e-commerce businesses.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, VTEX, Nuvemshop, and Tray.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent organization, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.
- Certifications in Meta Ads or Google Ads are considered a plus.
- Previous experience in digital marketing agencies is a valuable differentiator.
