Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Supervisor, you will be a pivotal leader, ensuring the strategic optimization and seamless execution of critical clinical functions.

 

Every day, you will oversee and coordinate comprehensive clinical initiatives, establishing protocols, driving process improvements, and managing resources to enhance both patient care and operational efficiency. You'll lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, upon hire and
  • Two years’ experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty and
  • One year Charge nurse or equivalent experience
  • Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing
