The Dream-Maker Responsibilities Own the end-to-end quality of features from planning through releaseDefine and execute test plans, including exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and API testingParticipate in product and feature design discussions to identify risks, edge cases, and quality gaps early in the processTest complex client-server flows, APIs, web applications, and cyber-related product scenariosUse AI tools to support test planning, edge-case discovery, documentation, log analysis, and defect investigationCollaborate with developers and automation engineers to identify coverage gaps and improve test effectivenessSupport and validate automated test coverage, and help prioritize areas for automationRaise clear, actionable bug reports and help triage issues across teamsAnalyze logs, investigate failures, and work hands-on with technical environmentsContribute to test documentation and share knowledge with the QA team The Dream Skill Set 5+ years of experience in QA rolesStrong understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practicesExperience testing web applications, APIs, and client-server systemsBasic understanding of network protocols, HTTP requests, and client-server communication flowsExperience working with logs, debugging technical issues, and investigating system behaviorComfortable using AI tools as part of the QA workflowAbility to write clear, detailed test cases and bug reportsFamiliarity with test management tools such as TestRailComfortable using basic shell commands and working with technical environmentsFamiliarity with reading logs, inspecting pods, and triggering builds or jobs via JenkinsComfortable working in fast-paced agile environmentsStrong communication, ownership, and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience in cybersecurity, security products, or network/security testingExperience with basic scripting or test automation frameworks such as Python, Selenium, or PlaywrightFamiliarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, or browser dev tools for API/UI validationUnderstanding of CI/CD workflows and how QA fits into release cyclesExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCPExperience with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes Never Stop Dreaming...
