We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies.Background in accounting with primary focus in financial analysis (e.g., through coursework, CFA (or equivalent), or relevant work experience 1-2 years).Knowledge in Financial Statements.Demonstrates basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Experience in coding languages (Python, SQL, etc.) is preferred.Solid verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.High attention to detail.Experience working collaboratively on teams through coursework, extracurricular activities, jobs and internships, particularly where leadership or coaching skills were demonstratedBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuary or a business-related discipline - required.ResponsibilitiesSupports the analysis and monitoring of credit risk by conducting financial analysis, researching market trends, and contributing to ratings, research, and stakeholder engagement activities. Works closely with senior analysts to deliver informed credit insights and high-quality results.Conduct credit analysis to support ratings, research, presentations, and investor outreach, including financial statement analysis, forecasting, and analytical commentary.Assist in portfolio reviews, credit projects, proprietary modeling, and the development of well-supported credit conclusions using Moody’s methodologies.Monitor issuer credit quality, industry trends, market developments, and financial reporting to identify key rating drivers and emerging risks.Prepare rating committee materials, contribute to credit risk assessments, and actively participate in rating committee discussions.Draft and support research publications, credit opinions, sector reports, press releases, and other market-facing...
