Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Senior Task Manager to provide direct support to our Client's Front Office performing the following responsibilities:
- Track corporate action items and work with Client management and stakeholders to ensure closure in a timely manner.
- Organization's point of contact for handling requests related to incoming and outgoing personnel, including working with security to approve visit requests
- Helping the Client in scheduling and facilitating meetings with stakeholders and partners
- Create and maintain documentation, including memos, agendas, meeting minutes and other relevant documents
- Help to develop briefings and communications for the workforce
- Support inventory management across the organization
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 8 years with PhD. An additional four years can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to foster strong working relationships within the office and with external partners across the community
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Experience in direct support to senior level leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Desired Skills:
- On site, customer domain experience
- Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projects.
- Ability to exercise good judgement when working with external stakeholders and mission partners
- Ability to work under shifting priorities and deadlines and willing to provide a wide range of support.
