Accountabilities:
- Own the global payroll technology landscape, including production support, system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure payroll platforms remain stable, reliable, secure, and capable of meeting evolving business requirements.
- Act as the key connection point between Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Digital Technology teams, and external technology partners.
- Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts across HR, payroll, benefits, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Lead and manage offshore payroll technology teams, establish priorities, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, process optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives across payroll technology operations.
- Support major system implementations, including testing activities such as end-to-end validation, regression testing, deployment readiness, and disaster recovery planning.
- Partner with payroll technology vendors to manage delivery, resolve performance issues, and ensure production readiness.
- Contribute to solution architecture reviews while ensuring alignment with enterprise application standards and best practices.
- Support business users during project deployments and provide technical guidance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Develop technical specifications, perform data analysis, and create reporting solutions to support business decisions.
- Participate in workshops focused on system design, implementation methodologies, and technology improvement opportunities.
- 15+ years of experience in payroll technology, HRIS, enterprise applications, or related technology domains.
- Extensive experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP Global View, ADP Ev5, Workday, or similar enterprise payroll solutions.
- Proven experience managing payroll system production support, operational stability, and enhancement delivery.
- Strong track record leading technology teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT functions.
- Experience supporting large-scale payroll transformation programs and enterprise system implementations.
- Deep understanding of system integrations, data flows, interfaces, and dependencies across HR, payroll, benefits, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of payroll technology architecture, project delivery lifecycle, and implementation best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate under pressure, and deliver results in complex global environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and adaptability in changing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience with payroll software solutions and enterprise technology environments is highly preferred.
