Accounting Manager, Treasury & Cash Management

The Accounting Manager, Treasury & Cash Management is responsible for the accounting for cash and other treasury related transactions in support of all Revelyst brands. This role leads the order to cash workflows maintaining compliance with accounting standards and supporting a team responsible for cash operations. This position reports to the Director of Accounting and is based onsite in our Irvine, CA office.
As the Accounting Manager, Treasury & Cash Management you will have an opportunity to:
Lead and continuously improve the order to cash cycle
Record and prepare reconciliation of all payment methods/providers to the ERP
Monitor bank account and intercompany transfer activity
Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations and related close activities.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and motivate direct reports
Supervise and review the work of direct reports
Maintain effective internal control over financial reporting.
Provide accurate analysis of operating results.
Review accounting processes; recommend and implement improvements.
Support internal and external audits.
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
CPA license preferred.
8+ years’ experience in accounting/treasury related functions, including managing experience.
Experience in public accounting or large/mid-cap companies—preferably in consumer products or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC topic 305
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Netsuite.
Experience with various payment methods and processors, such as Shopify, Stripe, TSYS, PayPal, Adyen, Affirm and Amazon
Ability to work in a complex organization having multiple business units, brands and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Demonstrated talent for improving processes and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Strong work ethic, a sense of urgency and unquestioned integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
Ability to work on site in our Irvine, CA offices at least 4 days per week.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $142,000.00 - $152,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
