An opportunity is now available with Raytheon Australia based at RAAF Base Amberley for a Project Coordinator who wants to be part of a major Defence program. Reporting to the Deputy Program Manager, this role is critical to the continued success and growth of the Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program. This position will suit a dynamic, adaptable and customer focused Project Coordinator with the demonstrated ability to cultivate networks and contribute to our collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage data records, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of information.
- Maintain operational documentation including trackers, registers and process/procedural documents.
- Administer operations associated Rshare pages and folders.
- Coordinate organisational unit involvement in cross functional and enterprise level project and change initiatives.
- Assist in management of project risk, budget, schedule and reporting.
- Generate, process, and report on supplier requisitions, raising and tracking purchase orders, and payment of invoices.
- Coordinate global trade compliance requirements, including ITAR and import/export controls, supporting adherence to regulatory obligations and organisational policies.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management Business Administration or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience.
- Apply knowledge of project, program, or business systems to support operations, identify improvements, and implement enhancements in day-to-day activities.
- Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Contribute to project delivery through the use of project management tools (e.g. Jira), supporting task tracking, coordination, and workflow management.
- A collaborative, diplomatic approach to solving problems.
