About Cadre AI
Cadre AI is an AI strategy and integration firm that partners deeply with organizations to transform workflows, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes. We operate at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and adoption, ensuring AI delivers real, lasting impact for the B2B companies we serve. The Role
You are the engine behind every client engagement. Before the consultant walks into the room, you have already done the research, built the materials, processed the transcript from the last meeting, and ensured nothing was missed. This role exists because great consulting runs on great preparation, and we need someone who takes that seriously.Day to day, you will move between research, writing, coordination, and structured production work across multiple active client engagements. You will use AI tools to do in minutes what would take others hours, and then apply your judgment to make sure the output is actually good. You thrive on structure, hate dropped balls, and get real satisfaction from watching a consultant walk into a meeting fully prepared because of the work you did the night before. This is an early-career role, but it is not a junior role in terms of ownership. You will have direct impact on client outcomes from day one, working remotely from Colombia in close daily partnership with our US-based strategy team. For the right person, this is a clear path into client-facing consulting at Cadre. What You'll Do
Discovery Preparation and Client Research
- Research client companies, industries, and stakeholders ahead of every discovery session and engagement touchpoint, surfacing the context the consulting team needs to walk in sharp.
- Build pre-read documents, agendas, and briefing materials that are clean, specific, and ready to send without a second pass.
- Gather client prioritization inputs and package them into formats the strategy team can act on directly.
Transcript Processing and Discovery Synthesis
- Run meeting recordings and transcripts through Cadre's AI-powered debrief workflows, producing structured intelligence records the team can act on immediately.
- Synthesize discovery findings across sessions into clear markdown documentation that becomes the source of truth for each engagement.
- Identify key decisions, outstanding questions, and follow-up commitments from each session and surface them to the lead consultant before the next touchpoint.
Deck and Deliverable Production
- Build presentation materials and client-facing documents from consultant outlines and rough notes, applying Cadre's visual standards and voice without needing to be told twice.
- Produce core engagement artifacts such as the AI Maturity Index and Tech Stack Assessment, owning them from first draft through final formatting.
- Format every deliverable to Cadre's standards and iterate quickly on feedback, treating versioning and file organization as seriously as the content itself.
Engagement Coordination and Follow-Up
- Own scheduling across active engagements, keeping client sessions and internal working time on the calendar without being asked.
- Manage ClickUp for the strategy team, keeping tasks, statuses, and approval tracking current so nothing slips between meetings.
- Drive routine follow-up with clients and internal owners, escalating proactively when an item is at risk rather than letting it stall.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Product, Research, and Engineering so client work moves between teams with full context and zero rework.
- Manage internal handoffs from strategy to delivery, ensuring files, decisions, and open items transfer cleanly every time.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency, consulting, or client-services environment, with real exposure to client deadlines, deliverables, and the pace of juggling multiple accounts at once.
- Fluent business English, written and spoken; you will produce client-facing documents and coordinate directly with US-based consultants and clients every day.
- Obsessively organized with a personal system for tracking tasks, deadlines, and open items across multiple workstreams simultaneously, because you know that dropped balls are a trust problem, not just a productivity problem.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clean, structured documents and decks without a heavy editorial hand, adapting tone and format to the audience.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a habit of experimenting with them, including familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs as daily work tools rather than novelties.
- Fast learner who can absorb a new client context quickly and produce useful output without needing extensive hand-holding from the consulting team.
- Comfortable working across multiple active projects with competing priorities, escalating proactively when something is at risk rather than quietly missing a deadline.
- Proficiency with productivity tools including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, slide-building tools, and task management platforms such as ClickUp.
