The KYC / AML team in the Global Servicing Enablement organization provides governance, strategy development, project execution, capabilities enablement and analytical assessment to drive process improvement and across the GSG KYC / AML program. The Analyst – KYC / AML Strategy position will assist in developing and executing winning strategies across the Global Servicing Group (GSG) specifically focused on the KYC / AML regulatory program.
- Work as part of a diverse team of subject matter experts to partner with multiple business units including International Card Services, Global Merchant & Network Services, Operations, Compliance, product and engineering teams+ to collaborate on strategies and process improvements that meet compliance and regulatory standards while minimizing operational risk
- Consult and execute on strategic process designs for cross-functional KYC and AML initiatives impacting multiple lines of business
- Work closely with operations partners to ensure frictionless deployment of new or uplifted tools and procedures to enhance KYC and AML processes
- Produce audit-ready process maps and partner with MIS on reporting requirements
- Collaborate with capabilities partners to deliver multi-channel communications strategies which support E2E customer and colleague KYC/AML journeys
- Support the creation of comprehensive presentations in a clear and concise format for various audiences and leadership levels to include opportunities and recommendations
