Through personalized service, expert guidance, and a passion for exceeding expectations, you turn dream weddings into reality while building lasting relationships and contributing to the success of our hotels.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Generate new wedding business: Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new wedding opportunities through prospecting, referrals, inbound inquiries, and strategic partnerships.
Guide couples through the sales journey: Build meaningful relationships with prospective couples by understanding their vision, presenting tailored wedding packages, conducting site inspections, and delivering personalized proposals that lead to successful bookings.
Manage the sales pipeline: Track leads, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate client records in Salesforce or other sales systems, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
Collaborate across hotel teams: Work closely with Weddings, Social Catering, Events, Operations, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to event execution while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Achieve commercial goals: Meet or exceed individual wedding sales targets by maximizing revenue opportunities, upselling products and services, and contributing to the hotel's overall commercial performance.
Represent the Hilton brand: Attend bridal shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the hotel, strengthen relationships with wedding planners and partners, and position Hilton as the preferred destination for weddings.
Deliver exceptional client service: Provide responsive, professional, and personalized support throughout the sales journey, creating memorable experiences that inspire confidence and build long-term loyalty.
