Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that increase revenue, market share, and brand awareness across wholesale strategic accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, industrial wholesalers, security professionals, systems integrators, and other key channel partners.
    • Create and implement account management plans focused on business growth, customer engagement, product training, field sales initiatives, and market development investments.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to regional business development representatives while influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, training, and business development teams to deliver coordinated customer programs, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations and communicate the value of integrated security and access solutions to customers and stakeholders.
    • Identify competitive opportunities, drive solution upgrades, and support customer retention through consultative selling.
    • Maintain CRM records, monitor sales performance, and travel extensively throughout the assigned region to support customer relationships and business development initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
      • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within the door hardware, security, electronic access control, construction, building materials, facilities management, or related industrial sectors.
      • At least 5 years of leadership or management experience directing teams or leading sales programs.
      • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sales plans and managing complex account relationships.
      • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
      • Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, and experience closing complex commercial opportunities.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
      • Familiarity with vertical markets such as Education, Healthcare, Government, Commercial Buildings, Fortune 500 organizations, or Multi-Family housing.
      • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications for sales management and reporting.
      • Active involvement with industry organizations such as ASIS, DHI, SHDA, ALOA, or similar associations is considered an advantage.
      • Must reside in the Western United States, with preference for candidates located near Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Seattle.
      • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% throughout the United States.
