The AI GTM Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-enabled workflows that improve the speed, quality, and repeatability of Seeq’s go-to-market execution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, systems, and applied AI, helping the GTM organization move from ad hoc use of AI tools to durable, governed, high-value workflows.
This leader partners closely with Product Marketing, Industries, Whole Offer Management, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABX / Campaign Execution, Campaign Program Management, Field Enablement, Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure, Revenue teams, and Product to build practical AI systems that support research, content assembly, campaign execution, launch readiness, knowledge management, and performance visibility.
Requirements
1. AI Workflow Design and Deployment
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that improve GTM productivity, consistency, and speed across priority marketing motions.
- Build practical systems for use cases such as market research synthesis, content generation, message adaptation, launch planning, campaign development, management, and QA, asset reuse, channel optimization, knowledge retrieval, and reporting support.
- Translate business needs into repeatable workflow designs that combine prompts, structured content, automation logic, tooling, and quality controls.
- Prioritize high-leverage workflows that can be reused across multiple teams before building one-off solutions.
- Continuously improve workflow performance based on adoption, output quality, and business impact.
2. GTM Systems and Tool Integration
- Partner with the AI GTM Manager and Marketing Analytics and Infrastructure team to connect AI workflows with the underlying GTM systems, tools, and content environments. Evaluate build vs buy options to identify tools and vendors that add high value relative to building internally.
- Help operationalize integrations across content systems, collaboration tools, CRM, marketing automation, and knowledge platforms where needed.
- Ensure workflows are designed to work within the realities of Seeq’s data, tooling, governance, and content architecture.
- Support the creation of scalable systems for storing, retrieving, and reusing approved GTM knowledge and content components.
- Contribute to the development of a more AI-ready GTM operating environment over time.
- Contribute to marketing team and budget efficiency through automating workflows and tasks, where appropriate.
3. Content and Knowledge Operations
- Build AI-assisted workflows that help teams create, adapt, summarize, and govern GTM content more effectively.
- Improve how messaging, proof points, launch assets, campaign components, and sales materials are structured for reuse across teams and channels.
- Support the development of knowledge systems that make approved content easier to find, easier to maintain, and more usable by AI tools.
- Help reduce manual work in areas such as asset hygiene, content updates, versioning support, and narrative assembly.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to improve the consistency and accessibility of message-critical assets.
4. Workflow Governance, QA, and Adoption
- Build safeguards into AI workflows so outputs are reliable, on-brand, and aligned to approved messaging and business rules.
- Establish practical QA approaches for prompt design, workflow outputs, and content validation.
- Document workflow logic, intended use cases, limitations, and governance expectations so systems can scale responsibly.
- Help teams adopt new workflows by making them useful, usable, and integrated into real work rather than separate experiments.
- Monitor workflow usage and identify where training, refinement, or tighter standards are needed.
5. Campaign Management and Execution
- Partner with teams across the GTM organization to identify launch and campaign workflow bottlenecks, repetitive manual work, and opportunities for AI-enabled leverage.
- Support launch, campaign, and whole-offer teams with systems that improve planning quality, execution speed, and readiness.
- Help Campaign Program Management and GTM leaders improve coordination through workflow visibility, automation, and better operating discipline.
- Help Campaign Program Management and GTM leaders optimize marketing channels and marketing spend through integration, automations, and AI-enabled end-to-end management of campaigns to accelerate speed to market and scale up of GTM motions.
- Work closely with analytics and operations partners to ensure workflows support measurement, prioritization, and business reporting.
- Act as a builder and translator between technical possibilities and GTM execution realities.
6. Experimentation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on practical AI capabilities, tools, patterns, and engineering approaches relevant to GTM use cases.
- Evaluate new tools and methods based on business value, usability, reliability, and scale potential.
- Run focused experiments to test workflow improvements, then convert successful experiments into operational systems.
- Balance speed and experimentation with governance, sustainability, and change management.
- Contribute to Seeq’s broader AI-first operating model by helping define best practices, standards, and reusable patterns.
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM systems, automation, applied AI, solutions engineering, or a related role in a B2B SaaS or similarly complex environment.

- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical systems and workflow designs.
- Experience working with structured content, prompt workflows, automation logic, and cross-functional tooling environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain systems, tradeoffs, and workflow designs clearly.
- Strong execution discipline, including documentation, testing, iteration, and prioritization.
Preferred
- Experience supporting GTM, marketing, sales, or customer-facing functions with automation and workflow design.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, content management, knowledge systems, and collaboration platforms used in GTM organizations.[MB1] [JD2]
- Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-based workflows, agent frameworks, API-based automation, or no-code / low-code orchestration tools.
