This role sits at the core of a high-growth marketing organization responsible for driving pipeline and revenue through scalable, data-driven demand generation strategies. You will own top-of-funnel performance while shaping how campaigns translate into measurable business outcomes across new business and expansion segments. Acting as a strategic operator, you will identify gaps in the funnel, design and execute multi-channel programs, and continuously optimize performance based on data insights. The role blends strategy, execution, and experimentation, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing teams. You will also influence field marketing initiatives and high-impact events that accelerate deal velocity and strengthen customer engagement. This is a highly analytical and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and is passionate about building predictable, scalable revenue engines.

Accountabilities:

    • Own and drive top-of-funnel demand generation strategy focused on lead, MQL, and pipeline growth across new business and expansion segments.
    • Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and experimental channels.
    • Manage paid media programs in partnership with external agencies, ensuring performance accountability and continuous iteration.
    • Lead field marketing initiatives including conferences, executive events, and pipeline-acceleration programs.
    • Build forecasting models for leads, MQLs, and pipeline to ensure accurate visibility into performance and growth levers.
    • Identify and test new growth channels, running structured experiments to validate and scale successful initiatives.
    • Own campaign operations including lead flow, routing logic, and data integrity in collaboration with Sales and RevOps teams.
    • Partner closely with Sales and Business Operations to ensure alignment between demand generation efforts and revenue outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
      • Proven track record of driving pipeline, MQLs, and revenue impact through multi-channel demand generation programs.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasts, interpreting funnel metrics, and translating data into actionable strategy.
      • Experience managing paid media campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and performance partners.
      • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead lifecycle management.
      • Ability to operate independently, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
      • Strong experimentation mindset with a history of testing and scaling new channels or tactics.
      • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
