About The Role
The Head of Strategic Initiatives is a direct report to the CFO and a key member of the Office of the CFO,working closely alongside the VP of Accounting, VP of Finance, VP of Corporate Development, andGeneral Counsel. Acting as an extension of the CFO, this role drives execution across the company'shighest-priority strategic initiatives — spanning enterprise systems transformation, operational efficiency,and strategic growth. The role serves as program owner for the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio:coordinating cross-functional efforts, aligning stakeholders, monitoring performance, and ensuringcritical priorities deliver measurable outcomes. Success requires strong business judgment,analytical rigor, executive presence, and the ability to influence across the organization without directauthority.
As Zeitview scales the company faces increasing complexity across systems, processes, andorganizational structures. Many of the most important initiatives require coordination across multiplefunctions and do not fit neatly within a single department. This role provides dedicated executionleadership to bridge that gap — enabling the CFO and executive team to focus on strategicdecision-making while ensuring initiatives maintain momentum and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution across the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio
Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and accountabilityframeworks
Establish and maintain initiative governance processes
Monitor progress and proactively identify execution risks and dependencies
Escalate issues and recommendations to executive leadership as appropriate
Ensure alignment across stakeholders and participating teams
Manage operating cadences for strategic initiatives
Coordinate executive working sessions and decision forums
Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and reporting materials
Ensure action items are documented and followed through to completion
Drive organizational accountability and execution discipline
The "Must-Haves"
5–7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, corporatedevelopment, or program management
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Experience developing executive-level presentations and analyses
Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MBA or equivalent experience preferre
