Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
- Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
- 2+ years hands on experience with Industrial Automation technologies
- 2+ years experience managing and executing projects
- 2+ years experience in a customer focus role

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
