Accountabilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop pre-sales teams (SDRs/BDRs), supporting technical growth, professional development, and goal achievement.
    • Design, review, and optimize pre-sales processes from lead generation through opportunity qualification and handoff to Sales.
    • Develop outbound prospecting strategies while continuously improving inbound lead qualification processes.
    • Establish and optimize multichannel outreach cadences across email, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, and other relevant channels.
    • Ensure the effective application of consultative sales methodologies such as BANT, SPIN Selling, and similar qualification frameworks.
    • Monitor team KPIs, including productivity, conversion rates, meeting generation, opportunity quality, and pipeline contribution.
    • Analyze funnel performance data and implement continuous improvements based on commercial intelligence.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to align ICP definitions, campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and commercial strategies.
    • Implement and optimize sales technologies, automation tools, CRM processes, and AI-driven productivity solutions.
    • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
    • Establish management routines, feedback processes, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      • Proven experience leading SDR and/or BDR pre-sales operations.
      • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or digital platform companies.
      • Strong background in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
      • Experience designing outbound prospecting strategies and supporting inbound commercial operations.
      • Solid knowledge of consultative sales and qualification methodologies, including BANT, SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks.
      • Experience with commercial intelligence, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, market segmentation, and demand generation strategies.
      • Proficiency with prospecting and sales automation tools such as Apollo, Meetime, or similar platforms.
      • Experience using CRM systems, managing sales pipelines, and analyzing commercial KPIs.
      • Knowledge of multichannel sales cadences, lead nurturing, and commercial automation workflows.
      • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that improve commercial productivity and operational efficiency.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements.
      • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
      • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
      • Hands-on, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
      • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
      • Residence in the state of São Paulo, with availability for occasional in-person meetings, strategic events, and company initiatives.
      • Experience with social media management platforms, digital monitoring solutions, commercial playbook creation, or scaling commercial operations is considered a plus.
