Technical Program Manager, Security Endpoint Agents _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Zürich, Switzerland **Mid** Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience with software development lifecycles and related tools such as bug trackers, software repositories, and code testing frameworks. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience in driving organizational change, including the development of new frameworks, processes, and standards for security engineering. + Experience in evaluating the security posture of AI/ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and threat modeling for AI applications. + Experience building dashboards and utilizing data-driven insights to measure security efficacy. + Ability to understand engineering fundamentals and system architecture. + Exceptional communication skills including experience communicating with executive stakeholders at director or VP level. **About the job** A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. **Responsibilities** + Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex security programs, influencing strategy and driving high-impact results across multiple quarters. + Negotiate and align priorities with executive stakeholders across engineering, product, and research, resolving conflicting goals and driving organizational consensus. + Partner with technical leads to translate high-level security objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and project plans. Regularly communicate program status, risks, and impact to stakeholders and leadership, fostering transparency and trust. + Monitor program health using data-driven metrics, proactively identifying roadblocks, and driving resolution to ensure adherence to milestones and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Service Level Objectives (SLOs). + Identify opportunities to streamline engineering workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
