Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
- Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products
- May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications
- Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products
- May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
- Conducts on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations
- Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Biomedical engineering or similar)
- Experience in a technical, clinical support, medical device, or other customer-facing healthcare environment.
- Hands--on experience with product support, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Experience working directly with clinicians, hospital staff, or other healthcare stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with documentation, compliance requirements, and approved internal systems such as CRM or service tools is also important.
