Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain master data structures related to products, customers, and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Develop, review, and implement technical rules for data validation, enrichment, standardization, and quality control.
- Support and oversee integrations between ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and other corporate systems, guaranteeing data synchronization and integrity.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests related to master data processes.
- Plan and execute functional, technical, and integration tests associated with master data initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of data maintenance and loading activities.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to technical standards, information security requirements, compliance policies, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning requirements and promoting best practices in master data management.
- Solid experience as a Master Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar functional role.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and ERP environments.
- Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, IDocs, middleware solutions, and file-based integrations.
- Proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with SAP ABAP debugging, data quality and governance tools, CRM or e-commerce platforms, agile methodologies, and knowledge of data privacy regulations such as LGPD and GDPR will be considered strong advantages.
