As the strategic HR Business Services Countries Leader, LAS you will translatetranslating business priorities into people strategies that enable organizational performance, talent growth, operational excellence and employee engagement across the region.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between regional business objectives and HR initiatives while promoting consistent employee experience across countries.

Reports To: HR Business Services Manager

Internal Clients: TR, L&D, ER/LR, Payroll, and COEs, as well as HRBPs

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate HR strategies across Brazil, Andean Region and Central America, ensuring alignment with LATAM and global priorities.
  • Drive consistency in HR processes, governance and employee experience while respecting local legislation and business requirements.
  • Partner with regional leadership teams to define workforce plans, organizational capabilities and talent priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation in Brazil; exposure to multiple LATAM countries is highly desirable.
  • HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Change management and transformation experience.
  • Knowledge of Workday and HR technologies.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support organizational design, restructuring initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
  • Assess organizational capabilities and recommend actions to improve effectiveness, productivity and scalability.
  • Partner with business leaders during integrations, transformations and business changes.

Employee Relations & Labor Strategy

  • Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, internal regulations, and global guidelines.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on sensitive employee situations and disciplinary actions.
  • Support union-related discussions and labor strategy when applicable, particularly within Brazil and manufacturing environments.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the region.
  • Monitor representation metrics and support actions that promote an inclusive culture.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies and corporate governance standards across multiple countries.
  • Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews and risk assessments related to HR processes.

Required

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's or Engineering
  • Professional Experience: 10 years in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in Management.
  • Experience in multinational companies or matrixed environments is ideal.
  • Advanced English and Spanish required.
