**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Application Developer for ServiceNow Implementation, this role involves designing, developing, and deploying applications across the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements, balancing rapid delivery with long-term platform stability and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Application Development: Designs and develops applications across the ServiceNow platform using deep platform and configuration expertise.
• Capability Delivery: Delivers new capabilities during implementations and supports production enhancements, including architectural changes and upgrades.
• Platform Support: Balances rapid delivery with long-term platform stability, performance, and alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• ServiceNow Expertise: Exposure to designing, developing, and deploying applications across the ServiceNow platform using deep platform and configuration expertise. This includes delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements.
• Application Development: Experience working with application development across the ServiceNow platform, including architectural changes and upgrades.
• Platform Configuration: Exposure to configuring the ServiceNow platform to support production enhancements and balance rapid delivery with long-term platform stability.
• Capability Delivery: Experience delivering new capabilities during implementations and supporting production enhancements, including medium- to high-complexity upgrades or major releases.
• Technical Implementation: Experience with implementing applications across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment to enterprise IT strategies.
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 or above
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• ServiceNow Knowledge: Exposure to ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation
• Application Development: Experience working with application development across the ServiceNow platform
• Technical Skills: Experience with implementing applications across the ServiceNow platform
