Senior IS Applications Analyst - Hybrid
The Senior ERP Application Analyst uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices or modifies procedures to process data and solve problems. Review schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects. Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects and goals. Typically deals with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or a Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
- 5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday. <Large ERP T&A, Kronos, and/or large nurse scheduling software>.
- 2 years of Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management, Certified Public Accountant, Human Resources Global Professional, or Project Management Professional upon hire
- Oracle Certified Professional (for relevant FIN, SC, HCM applications) upon hire
- 2 years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance) is highly desired. <Kronos v7 and above (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, Attestation, Analytics)>.
- 2 years of experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas. Suggestion: preference around T&A, scheduling, payroll in healthcare environment.
