As a Senior Consultant / Manager in Regulatory Compliance at Synpulse, you will support leading financial institutions in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving compliance transformation initiatives. With a strong focus on Swiss and international financial market regulation, you will help clients design and implement effective compliance frameworks, optimise processes, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support clients across all project phases – from regulatory analysis and strategy development to implementation and validation. You will play a key role in delivering impactful compliance solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory expectations into practical, sustainable business outcomes.

As a Senior Consultant / Manager in Regulatory Compliance at Synpulse, you will support leading financial institutions in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving compliance transformation initiatives. With a strong focus on Swiss and international financial market regulation, you will help clients design and implement effective compliance frameworks, optimise processes, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years (Senior Consultant) / 6–9+ years (Manager) experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within Swiss banking
- Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation (e.g. FINMA, AML, KYC)
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development
- Fluent in German and English mandatory
- Advanced degree (MA, MSc, MBA or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Lead and support client engagements across regulatory compliance and risk topics
- Analyse Swiss and international regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Manage project workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the banking sector
- Contribute to business development and proposal preparation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across business and technology
- Stay at the forefront of regulatory developments and industry trends
- Mentor and support junior consultants
