Director Sales MENA – Modular Solutions
UOP, a Honeywell company headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, is a leading international licensor of processing technology and supplier of engineering services, catalysts and adsorbents, equipment, specialty materials and digital solutions for the global refining, gas processing and petrochemical industries.
Presently, an excellent career opportunity is available for a Director Sales – Modular Solutions role within Honeywell UOP's Middle East organization based in Dubai, UAE. In this position, you will lead the sale of Modular Solutions with Honeywell UOP’s existing and new customers across the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan. You will own all aspects of prospecting, developing, negotiating, and contracting said interactions with UOP’s clients. You will provide suitable input for development of Technical Proposals, and will be responsible for developing, in conjunction with the business, suitable commercial strategies and proposals. The Director Sales will develop, manage, and negotiate modular commercial agreements. Also, the Director Sales will manage the relationship with key EPC’s in MENA ensuring a smooth coordination of existing opportunities as long as developing new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
· Meet and exceed your annual sales quota by identifying new modular project opportunities and develop existing ones in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan
· Develop and manage a pipeline of modular projects of refining and petrochemical technologies in said territory
· Bridge the benefits of UOP Modular Solutions to a specific customer application, highlighting the value and uniqueness of said solutions
· Deliver previously agreed financial targets and margins
· Ensure UOP’s customers in the region will have the best possible experience throughout the project sales process
· Work cohesively with UOP’s internal organization through the complete sales cycle
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Chemical) or correlated areas
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
· 10+ years’ experience in project execution for the oil & gas industry.
· Understanding of the cultural background and business atmosphere in the Middle East
· Flexibility and adaptability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment
· Ability to travel up to 30% of your time
