About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across both paid and organic marketing channels.
This is not a coordination-only marketing role. You’ll own the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of campaigns that directly impact lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Own
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Build and manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads

- Reddit Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
- Launch campaigns end-to-end, including:
- Audience targeting
- Campaign structure

- Write and test high-converting ad copy.

Organic & Social Media Growth
