You will develop and implement process and operational improvements to meet client and IBM requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Conduct Daily Process Transactions: Perform daily process transactions to support clients' core business processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Develop Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize process efficiency, meeting client and IBM requirements. • Implement Operational Enhancements: Implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery, leveraging process best practices and tools. • Manage Client Operations: Understand clients' strategies, priorities, and operations to deliver high-quality services that meet their needs. • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with business operations, process management, and regulatory requirements. a Process Delivery Specialist: Generalist, you will utilize your process knowledge and experience to support daily operational activities for clients.
