Accountabilities:

    The Director, Strategic Sales will lead sales execution and team development for a strategic customer segment, ensuring strong performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and collaboration across departments to drive sustainable growth.

    • Lead and manage a team of Strategic Account Executives across the Americas, creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
    • Coach, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to exceed revenue goals and achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
    • Develop capacity plans, sales strategies, and team initiatives to support business growth and expansion.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue projections.
    • Improve sales processes, systems, and administrative workflows to support scalable growth.
    • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to align business priorities and strengthen customer outcomes.
    • Gather customer insights and communicate market feedback to inform product strategy and future initiatives.
    • Ensure adherence to sales policies, operational processes, and business standards.
    • Establish an environment of open communication, collaboration, and professional development within the sales organization.
    • Develop a long-term strategic roadmap, including team planning, key initiatives, and execution priorities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in enterprise technology sales, team development, and strategic account management. They should combine strong business judgment with exceptional coaching, communication, and analytical abilities.

      • 3+ years of experience leading high-growth enterprise sales teams.
      • Proven ability to coach, develop, and scale high-performing Account Executive teams.
      • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
      • Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM processes.
      • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
      • Ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and execute strategic initiatives.
      • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
      • Experience selling through channel partnerships is preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
      • Fluent English communication skills.
