Accountabilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based systems aligned with established architecture and engineering standards.
    • Translate business requirements into modular, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions using clean code and SOLID principles.
    • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure software quality and reliability.
    • Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous technical evolution of the team.
    • Support analysis and resolution of complex technical issues in collaboration with business and support teams.
    • Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and system stability.
    • Evaluate and propose new tools, technologies, and practices to improve product and development efficiency.
    • Maintain and evolve technical documentation, including architecture decisions and system guidelines.
    • Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
    • Requirements:

      • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
      • Strong experience with Java 8 and Java 17.
      • Solid knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
      • Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and relational databases (SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL).
      • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code practices, and design patterns.
      • Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
      • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
      • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or Claude.
      • Nice to have: experience with Angular, ERP systems or public sector software, SonarQube, and messaging systems like RabbitMQ.
      • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in complex, rule-driven environments.
      • Collaborative mindset with experience mentoring other developers and working in agile teams.
