Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute customized commercial strategies aligned with strategic partnership agreements and business objectives.
- Create repeatable partnership frameworks and playbooks to support scalable growth and consistent execution.
- Identify account-specific growth opportunities, access barriers, and strategic priorities to maximize partnership value.
- Own the complete partnership lifecycle, including strategic planning, implementation, performance management, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders and key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies that support adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate with clinical sales teams and partner field teams to engage practice administrators, physicians, nurse navigators, and other key influencers.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across commercial, medical, marketing, digital health, reimbursement, operations, and other internal teams.
- Represent customer needs internally and ensure account priorities are reflected in business decisions and resource planning.
- Manage contract performance, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, and track partnership outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, oncology care pathways, reimbursement changes, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership teams to improve commercial approaches and partnership effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in diagnostics, biopharma, healthcare commercial roles, strategic partnerships, national accounts, or market access.
- Proven success managing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics, including molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing, biomarker testing, and evolving oncology care models.
- Experience building executive relationships while also driving execution across operational and field-level teams.
- Strong skills in negotiation, influencing without authority, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise account planning.
- Ability to develop strategic plans, manage complex initiatives, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
