Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Working in multi-client reconciliation team;
• Reconciling accounting and custody positions, investigation breaks and escalation support 
• Providing guidance and maintaining client’s reconciliation records in accordance with regulations and departmental policies and procedures
• Following necessary controls in order to provide complete, accurate and timely fund administration services to clients
• Active communication with all parties involved in fund accounting and reconciliation processes 
• Reporting and explaining any significant operational issues to a Control and Management Governance 
• Ensuring that client concerns and requests are addressed on time
• Representing team during client’s visits
• Ensuring that all queries are accurately and fully responded

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• At least 4 years of experience in finance related area,preferably fund accounting and reconciliation background 
• Third level qualification in accounting/business related discipline
• Strong financial knowledge, especially relating to the financial instruments
• Very good English
• Good knowledge of MS Office 
• Responsibility for your tasks, timeliness and reliability
• Experience in people management is preferred
• AI and process improvement mindset would be an assets.
