We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeDevelop supplier capability hands-on: process audits, capability studies, and improvement plans executed at supplier sites.Qualify new suppliers and parts: first articles, PPAP-style approvals, and launch support through ramp.Attack supplier quality issues at root cause, on their floor, with their team.Build supplier capacity ahead of demand: bottlenecks found and fixed before they gate our line.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point.
