As an Information Security Analyst focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architecture, you will play a key role in strengthening identity governance, access controls, and security processes across the organization. As an Information Security Analyst focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architecture, you will play a key role in strengthening identity governance, access controls, and security processes across the organization. Working in a collaborative and technology-driven environment, you will contribute to the design, improvement, and automation of IAM solutions while supporting secure system integrations and governance initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, helping evolve identity lifecycle management, role-based access controls, and security standards that support business growth and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

    • Support the design and continuous improvement of identity, access management, user profiles, workflows, and system integrations.
    • Contribute to the automation, standardization, and evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
    • Analyze opportunities to improve user provisioning, access reviews, approval workflows, and identity governance processes.
    • Assist with system integrations, identity control validation, and the definition of technical requirements related to IAM.
    • Help enhance Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), identity lifecycle management, and access governance frameworks.
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, governance guidelines, and process flows.
    • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, governance, operations, and product teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Previous experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), access governance, system integrations, directory services, or process automation.
      • Familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, scripting, or related integration technologies.
      • Understanding of identity governance concepts and enterprise access control practices.
      • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle management.
      • Experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint and Segura is considered an advantage.
      • Previous exposure to regulated environments is desirable.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.
