Accountabilities:

    The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing billing-related customer interactions, maintaining accurate account information, and supporting internal teams with payment and invoicing processes. The role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions across multiple communication channels.

    • Respond to customer inquiries related to billing, payments, receipts, invoices, credit notes, and payment processing.
    • Support customer-facing teams with subscription, invoicing, and account management questions.
    • Maintain accurate customer account balances and ensure billing information is properly managed.
    • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and cash collection teams to resolve payment-related issues.
    • Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, empathetic, and high-quality billing support.
    • Develop a deep understanding of billing processes, tools, and internal financial procedures.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and customer support quality through technology and data.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines customer support experience with strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to analyze and resolve billing questions. They should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams in a remote environment.

      • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional proficiency in French or German is a plus.
      • 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS customer support or a related customer-facing role.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
      • Experience using ticketing platforms, CRM systems, or customer support tools.
      • Ability to understand and explain billing concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
      • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to investigate issues.
      • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
      • High level of empathy and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
      • Ability to work effectively across different platforms and communication channels.
      • Comfort collaborating in an international, multilingual, remote environment.
