Lead Manufacturing Technician- 1st Shift
No longer listedAs a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, You will report directly to our Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will conduct HSE audits across the site, investigate workplace injuries, and manage HSE related programs to ensure compliance with MNOSHA, MNPCA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory bodies as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving employee health and safety issues promptly.
- Identify risks to employee health, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that employees are protected from known hazards.
MUST HAVES
- Basic understanding of workplace safety regulatory requirements (MNOSHA, MPCA, MNDOT)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using software and tools for process optimization (Microsoft Office, database systems).

Hourly Pay Range
The hourly range for this position is $75,000- $10,000. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
