As a Collections Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the collections process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues and support the optimization of cash flow.
You will report directly to our Collections Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial health of the company by effectively managing receivables and reducing delinquency rates, contributing to overall business success.
- Manage and follow up on outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Resolve customer payment issues and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support collections strategies and improve cash flow.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management.
- Knowledge of collections processes and customer account management.
- Proficiency with collections software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills related to payment trends and account status.
