Recruiter – Clinical Talent Acquisition

Job Overview
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across Latin America, with primary focus on Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition programs, processes, and talent attraction strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Essential Functions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical positions, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy development, talent mapping, candidate assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality clinical talent through multiple channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple clinical functions and geographies.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, university partnerships, and other talent attraction initiatives to strengthen employer brand awareness.
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor by providing insights on labor market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, global hiring policies, diversity and inclusion objectives, and applicant tracking system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and business leaders to facilitate hiring decisions and offer recommendations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding, candidate engagement, and Talent Acquisition projects at the local, regional, and global levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2 years of job experience in a Talent Acquisition/HR function, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably supporting clinical, healthcare, life sciences, CRO, or related professional hiring highly desired
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) required.
- Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Workday or similar ATS are a plus).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Good understanding of local employment legislation and compliance throughout the hiring process.
