Job Title: Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager – CFS/IBMS
Location: Mumbai (Sometimes travel to Surat or other site locations in Maharashtra )

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager with a strong background in CFS/IBMS projects, preferably in Commercial & Industrial Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, testing, commissioning, and delivery of IBMS systems for large-scale projects. The role will be based in Mumbai and requires frequent travel to project sites in Surat and Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of IBMS/CFS projects.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, project standards, and JCI quality guidelines.
- Support project documentation, risk management, and change management activities.
- Drive timely closure of project punch points and successful project sign-off.
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in execution and project management of IBMS/CFS projects.
- PMP candidate is preferred, MS project knowledge, Primavera
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- PA System
- Building Automation Systems (BMS)
- Proven experience in Testing & Commissioning and project delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities across locations.
Preferred Profile
- Experience managing RIL/L&T/Adani projects from execution through commissioning.
- Familiarity with industry standards, project management practices, and customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Surat and Maharashtra project sites.
