In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination across multiple technical disciplines, including infrastructure, middleware, cloud, databases, networks, security, and application teams. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into executable project plans, managing project governance, and ensuring successful implementation of automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, standardization, and service reliability.

You will provide leadership across project teams, proactively manage risks and dependencies, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and drive project execution from initiation through production deployment and post-implementation review. Your ability to balance technical understanding with project management expertise will be key to delivering successful outcomes in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure automation projects.

  • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Gather business and technical requirements from customers and stakeholders and translate them into project implementation plans and delivery roadmaps.

  • Coordinate project activities across infrastructure, cloud, middleware, database, network, security, and application teams.

  • Facilitate project governance meetings, technical workshops, status reviews, and executive steering discussions.

  • Oversee automation implementation, testing, deployment, production rollout, and post-deployment stabilization activities.

  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate status reporting, dashboards, metrics, and executive summaries.

  • Identify project risks, technical constraints, and cross-team dependencies, and drive mitigation and resolution plans.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), change management activities, production implementation windows, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Review technical documentation, implementation plans, test results, operational procedures, and project deliverables to ensure quality and completeness.

  • Support resource planning, prioritization, workload management, and scheduling across multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Collaborate with automation engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and service optimization.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with organizational governance, security requirements, risk controls, and operational standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing project delivery methodologies, governance processes, and documentation practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success.

You are an experienced project leader with a strong background in enterprise technology environments and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. You possess strong organizational and stakeholder management skills and can successfully navigate competing priorities, technical challenges, and evolving business requirements.
