Accountabilities:
- Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, from planning and briefing to execution, optimization, and performance analysis across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other acquisition channels.
- Develop media strategies based on business metrics, monitoring indicators such as Leads, MQL, SAL, SQL, CAC, ROAS, Pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Create strategic briefs in partnership with Design and Video teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for conversion and performance.
- Build media plans, analyze campaign results, and recommend budget reallocations based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using tools such as HubSpot, Power BI, or similar platforms to connect media investments with business outcomes.
- Monitor marketing data quality, identifying and resolving tracking issues, attribution challenges, CRM integrations, and conversion measurement improvements.
- Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, offers, and bidding strategies to identify opportunities for scaling performance.
- Collaborate with Content, CRM, Automation, and Sales teams to continuously improve the acquisition and conversion journey.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar solutions to improve productivity, analysis quality, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a technical reference in paid media performance, proposing improvements and supporting strategic recommendations with data.
- Solid experience managing paid media campaigns, especially through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience working in B2B environments and demand generation strategies focused on lead acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools, understanding sales funnels, deal stages, pipeline, and average ticket value.
- Advanced knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, SQL, Pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience using data to influence strategic decisions and optimize marketing investments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms such as TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar channels.
- Knowledge of SQL or advanced data analysis tools.
- Google Ads, GA4, or HubSpot certifications.
