Skills and Competencies3–5 years of progressive experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, or a creative agency environmentExperience leading end-to-end event programs with accountability for resultsProven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and executive audiencesStrong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills across multiple workstreamsAbility to balance strategic thinking with strong execution in fast-paced environmentsExperience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and venues at scaleFluency with event technology, registration or CRM tools, and collaboration platformsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
