Requirements
Your skills and qualifications- Excellent knowledge of business English and Dutch or French
- 6+ years of experience in payments, transaction banking, cash management or related financial services domains
- Proven track record in delivering complex payments transformation initiatives within consulting, banking, payment institutions or fintech environments
- Excellent understanding of payments operating models, payment infrastructures and industry trends
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex client environments
- Ability to manage workstreams, projects or programmes and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Payment infrastructures, financial messaging and market infrastructures (SWIFT, ISO 20022, Instant Payments, Clearing & Settlement, T2/T2S/TIPS, Core Banking).
- Payment innovation and transformation (PSD2, Open Banking, Embedded Finance, CBDCs, Digital Assets, Transaction Banking, Cards & Merchant Payments, regulatory change).

Your key responsibilities:
- Advise financial institutions, payment service providers and fintechs on their payments strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap
- Guide complex payments transformation programmes from strategy definition through execution
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for senior business and technology stakeholders
- Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals and supporting client growth initiatives
- Bridge business, operations and technology teams to ensure successful implementation of payment initiatives
