Accountabilities:

    The Technical Enablement Specialist will be responsible for building scalable training programs, improving technical readiness across customer-facing teams, and ensuring representatives are fully equipped to engage with engineering professionals.

    • Develop and deliver industry and mechanical engineering training programs for new hires, covering engineering workflows, buying behaviors, terminology, and customer expectations.
    • Own discovery and demo certification programs for Account Executives, including defining assessment standards, conducting evaluations, and ensuring representatives meet readiness requirements before customer interactions.
    • Build, maintain, and improve technical enablement curricula by transforming existing knowledge into measurable, repeatable, and certification-based learning experiences.
    • Facilitate live coaching sessions for new hires and existing team members, providing practical feedback and targeted support to improve technical confidence.
    • Establish certification renewal processes and ensure training materials remain current following major product updates.
    • Partner with product and marketing teams to deliver product training, translate new capabilities into customer-facing value, and certify teams on updated functionality.
    • Monitor enablement performance metrics, identify skill gaps, and collaborate with leadership to improve technical effectiveness across revenue teams.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, experience in customer-facing technical roles, and the ability to teach complex concepts in an accessible way.

      • 3–6 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role with extensive experience delivering technical demonstrations.
      • Background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, product design, or supporting complex engineering environments such as automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
      • Strong hands-on knowledge of CAD and PLM tools and the ability to understand engineering workflows.
      • Experience creating, improving, or contributing to technical enablement programs and training materials.
      • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to different audiences.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, marketing, and leadership teams.
      • Experience with SaaS environments, conversation intelligence tools, or sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or Command of the Message is a plus.
      • Comfortable working through ambiguity, solving complex problems, and continuously improving processes.
      • Ability to use AI tools and modern technologies effectively while applying critical thinking to validate outputs and maintain data responsibility.
