About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Success Manager to own the entire post-sale client experience—from onboarding and campaign execution to client retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
This is not a project management role.
You’ll be fully accountable for client outcomes, campaign performance, and delivery quality while working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve quickly and ownership is expected.
You’ll partner closely with the founder, developers, and outreach team to ensure cold email campaigns consistently deliver results while building scalable client success processes as the company grows.

What You’ll Own
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20–30 active clients.
- Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and recurring client meetings.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and executive stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations through proactive communication.
- Identify risks early and implement strategies to prevent churn.
- Own long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account health.
Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Review, diagnose, and improve underperforming cold email campaigns.
- Troubleshoot:
- Deliverability issues
- Inbox placement
- Domain health
- Prospect list quality
- Email copy performance
- Perform quality assurance before campaign launches.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve client outcomes.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements proactively.
Processes, Documentation & Delivery
- Build and improve client delivery documentation as the business scales.
- Develop practical playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
